The Rose Stem Girdler (Agrilus cuprescens) is a pest of raspberries and other caneberries. It is native to Europe and Northern Asia. Although it was introduced into the US in the 1870s, it wasn't seen in the Northwest until 4 June 2014. I first observed it in the yard on 15 July 2022.
